At first, Andass was strongly introduced to my wife and we let him handled the rental of our house. For that transaction, we could see he took pains to conduct viewings after viewings, and did what he could to push up the rental price for us. We could feel his sincerity in that transaction and glad that he eventually fetched a price that is even much better than our immediate neighbor, who even had a bigger unit than ours! He handled the rental of this house for many years, then when we eventually wanted to sell this house, it clashed with the peak of the Covid19. Viewings were tough and my tenants made it even tougher. But Andass Eventually sold the house with Zero physical viewings! At a reasonable price, with a short marketing duration. The only way for good services to thrive is when we support them. I understand Andass base his main business on referrals and hence i am writing in to recommend his service.

Andass is an ex-colleague and a personal friend, therefore our standard client/agent relationship is more exceptional, with an added stake in friendship. Nevertheless, I am writing this review objectively and hope this finds good use for others. He had been my agent for 5 years since NOV 2015, when I first rented out my 4-rm HDB with a rather high rental expectation for being unfamiliar with the market. Andass is an excellent negotiator who met the challenge after many rounds of viewing and rejection (mostly from me) to finally score an ideal tenant. As rental rates fluctuated through the years, he would do detailed research to find the rental bottom-line and then utilise his skills and techniques to find me the best rental rates, higher than bottom-line. Having an excellent negotiator like Andass also means he can handle my tenants' difficult demands and filter them to reasonable terms before they come to me, saving you lots of trouble. I am thankful to Andass for such a great help.

This property was recommended and purchased through Andass. Ever since then he has been handling the unit for me. There were some difficult situations with past tenants before and Andass quickly resolved them professionally, proving his excellent attitude at work. I am glad to have his continuous support as he ensures good tenancy of the house, including making sure the tenant is comfortable with the house. I believe part of the reason why the existing tenant stayed for so many years, is partly due to knowing the agent is handling things in a very fair and yet ethically right manner. Besides, I seldom need to meet any of the customers as Andass handles almost everything for me, and he creates meticulous plans on what he would do with the property. This truly is above and beyond service especially when I have to travel so much and am often out of the country. I know I can trust Andass handling all my property affairs with high integrity.
